Some days will be difficult. You may make mistakes or receive criticism. Stay calm, learn, and continue. A successful first-year worker is dependable, honest, respectful, careful, willing to learn, and determined to improve.
Your first years as a teenager can be exciting, confusing, and sometimes difficult. Your body, thoughts, friendships, and responsibilities are changing. Do not expect to understand everything immediately. These are important years for learning and growing.
You will make mistakes. Admit them, learn from them, and try again. Avoid alcohol, drugs, violence, unsafe relationships, and quick-money schemes. Your teenage years do not determine your entire life, but the choices you make now can open or close future opportunities. Be patient, curious, responsible, and hopeful.
